This project started out as a rundown beach house that was in need of a major facelift. The sun room showed a lot of promise even though it was not a sturdy part of the home. This was re-framed, and the whole house was gutted and underwent a total redo. The end result is a sophisticated beach home with prominence on the water highlighted by a unique sun room that is now the centerpiece of the architecture.
