Authorization of Professional Services for Meeting, Call, or General Consultation *

I authorize Josh PS to invoice me for $350 to review my documents provided and to discuss next steps on an approximately 30 minute call to review a path to move forward. The information provided is preliminary and will need verified by the building department, engineers, and/or builders. (Unfortunately Josh PS cannot provide these services free-of-charge since it is unfair to current clients who pay for these services and would therefor cause an increase to overhead expenses.)

I agree to be billed $350 for the professional consultation and additional services will be billed at $350 if requested upon my authorization to proceed.

I do not agree to be billed for professional consultation services and understand Josh cannot provide any specific feedback at this time.
